Buffalo Program

I.I.A.'s Buffalo Program is a campaign that is being developed by I.I.A. and would have 4 components.

1) To network with already existing buffalo herds.

2) To donate and distribute buffalo to people and families in indgenous communities whom can't afford to buy meat.

3) To donate and distribute buffalo to people and families in indigenous communities to form their own buffalo herds.

4) To donate and distribute buffalo to spiritual leaders and families for ceremonial feasts and ceremonial purposes.

It would be completely non profit and nothing would get sold, the purpose of it all is to help raise the buffalo population and to give back to the people. We'd start out focusing on South Dakota and eventually span from there to the rest of the Great Plains.

There would be a Buffalo Program Board that would be compromised of a Director, Assistant Director and people in charge of overseeing individual herds that we'd be working with as well as herd that would be IIA's herd that some other herds would grow from.
